Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, Fransiska has built a highly dynamic international career, spanning key financial and commercial hubs, including London, Singapore, and Jakarta. Her global perspective, combined with her ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, has made her a trusted leader in high-stakes business environments.

Simon Birch - Managing Director
Simon Birch has over 20 years of experience in investment and capital structuring, with a track record of securing funding for large-scale projects. As Managing Director of Sandridge Securities since 2021, he has built strong relationships with investors, private financiers, and developers, delivering financial solutions that drive long-term success. His ability to cut through complexity and find practical solutions has made him a trusted partner for clients, many of whom return for multiple projects.
In January 2025, Simon also took on the role of Managing Director at Deep Green Capital, focusing on new investment opportunities for European and Asian investors with appetite for large Australian projects. He continues to lead Sandridge Securities while leveraging his expertise in global capital markets to connect investors with high-value opportunities. His direct approach, sharp problem-solving skills, and ability to structure complex transactions make him a key player in the investment space.

Currently pursuing an MBA at AIM Business School with a focus on Affordable Housing and Homelessness in Australia, Dan is dedicated to expanding his knowledge and contributing to meaningful policy development. He is also a partner and director of a transformative mixed-use development project in Vanuatu, recognized by the Vanuatu Government as the nation’s fifth and largest economic hub. In this role, Dan oversees planning, investment, and development while fostering relationships with the Vanuatu government, foreign agencies, NGOs, and local leaders to enhance tourism, employment, education, and training opportunities. Additionally, he is a shareholder and partner in several entities, including development projects and a registered training organization (RTO), underscoring his commitment to innovation and growth.
